The Good Dog - Private and Semi Private Lesson Program

This program builds essential obedience skills, helping your dog become calm, focused, and well-behaved at home and in the real world.

✔ Semi-Private Sessions: Train alongside up to three dog-handler teams, adding mild distractions to strengthen skills.
✔ Polishing Class: Reinforce and fine-tune obedience in a real-world setting with other dogs, people, and distractions.

Your Composed Canine - Private Lesson Program
A personalized training journey tailored to you and your dog.
This program is designed to create a calm, well-mannered companion through focused, one-on-one coaching. With five private lessons, we’ll help you build reliable obedience and address any specific behavior challenges.
✔ Private Lessons: Five one-on-one sessions scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays to fit your schedule.
✔ Facility-Based Training: The first four lessons take place at The Composed Canine training facility.
✔ Real-World Application: The final session is an optional outing to practice skills in a real-world environment.
Your dog will learn:
🐾 Loose-leash walking – Stay calm and focused, even with distractions.
🛑 Reliable sit & stay – Hold positions with confidence.
🐶 Come when called – Every time, no hesitation.
🏡 Better house manners – Address jumping, barking, or other specific challenges.
📍 Best for: Owners looking for personalized, structured training to build a well-behaved and composed canine.
Day School Intensive - Our most popular program!
Drop your dog off in the morning for a full day of training, and pick up a more well-mannered pup in the evening! Our program teaches dogs to make good choices both at home and in real-world settings.
At school, your dog will work with our experienced trainers on obedience, manners, and any specific skills you request. Training is balanced with structured one-on-one sessions, socialization exercises, pack walks, and field trips to build confidence and engagement.
✔ Friday Pick-Up Lesson: A trainer will review key skills so you can practice over the weekend.
✔ After Graduation: Attend polishing class to continue and maintain your dog’s training around other dogs, people, distractions, and other fun games (this is a TCC favorite!)
✔ Lifetime Support: Graduates have access to ongoing training, plus boarding and drop-in Day School options.

Graduates of The Composed Canine programs are invited to join our Top Dog Training Club, which includes unlimited access to our Group Polishing Class!
